The latest promotional video for the upcoming Arknights and Rainbow Six Siege collaboration event has been released, showcasing all skins and Operators as well as a peek at the new game mode that will presumably go live alongside the collab. Tachanka can be seen here, available as the welfare Operator. You can watch the latest PV below:

Tachanka as the free Operator, alongside Blitz (Defender) and Frost (Specialist) make the 5-star line up, while Ash will be a 6-star Sniper. There will also be skins for Tachanka, Liskarm and Schwarz. Should Tachanka’s skin be paid, it’ll be 15 OP to Liskarm’s 18, while Schwarz’s animations are not revealed in the PV proper.

According to comments, players will be able to obtain two free 10-pull Headhunting tickets. A free name change is also supposedly available. As for the gacha, there will be an additional guarantee system to get you the collab exclusive 5-stars, as well as guaranteed Ash at 120 pulls. All collab Operators will be voiced by their English actors, which makes for an interesting experience.

As with most events, there will also be a new furniture set, presumably with pieces to be available partially from the store and the event rewards.
