Pre-orders are available via the official Nintendo Store or the Nintendo eShop, where players can choose between the Standard and Legendary Edition. The latter comes with the previously released DLC content as well as the new character, Id.
Those who pre-order Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Legendary Edition will also get a limited-time-only “the Reverent Attire” for Sandalphon. This bonus is only available until 6:59 AM, Jan 12, 2027 (PT), after which it will be sold separately. The Legendary Edition will also be released on PS4, PS5, and PC.

Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising Switch 2 also comes with Gyro Versus. It utilizes the Joy-Cons, allowing players to immerse themselves in combat by shaking the controllers to pull off combos and abilities.
The version 2.60 update will also give players two new mechanics to sink their teeth into: chain attack and Super Ultimate+. The chain attack allows players to link more combos, while the Super Ultimate Plus is a power attack that requires a unique control scheme.
GBVSR also takes advantage of the Switch 2’s Local Communication capabilities, allowing players to create local matches offline, just like the good old days!
Lastly, Cygames, Inc. has also announced the bonuses for players who’ll link their save data from Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok. Among the rewards are a lobby avatar and system voice of Id, a weapon skin, and special card designs.
Speaking of Id, players can also purchase his merchandise, available for pre-orders on September 17. The lineup includes a keychain and an acrylic stand, featuring Mr Fix-Id himself.
