Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition will lose its Steam Trading Cards feature next month, according to an official announcement posted on Steam. The trading cards will be discontinued on July 30, 2026. The announcement clarifies that players who already have Steam Trading Cards from the game will not lose them. Any cards collected before the cutoff date will stay in the player’s inventory even after the feature is turned off.
Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition is a compilation that bundles together two role-playing games, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth and its follow-up, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory. Both games originally launched on PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4 before the Complete Edition brought them to PC and Nintendo Switch on October 17, 2019, marking the series’ first appearance on PC.

On the Steam Trading Cards front, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition currently has a set of 15 collectible cards tied to its badge and inventory system, along with items such as profile backgrounds and emoticons that players can earn or trade alongside them.
No other changes to the game were mentioned in the announcement. The message ended by thanking players for their understanding and continued support of the title. Players who collect or trade Steam cards for Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition may want to take note of the date, as the feature will no longer be active once the deadline passes.
