During today’s The Game Awards 2023, Stockholm-based developers Embark Studio has dropped a trailer for The Finals, which reveals that the game is now available to play.

From the trailer, player will be starting with Season 1 of the game, which seems to feature a brand new map that was not present from the previous open betas of the game.

This brand new map will be putting players in the heart of Vegas, filled with slot machines and high-roller buildings that trigger-happy players can potentially destroy.

With the introduction of a new map, accompanying themed skins will also be available which would most likely either be part of the game’s Season 1 Battle pass or the in-game store.

The Finals had recently gained a lot of attraction from its open beta testing period just about a month ago back in 26th October 2023, having over 267,000 concurrent users trying out the game.

For those who are unaware, The Finals is a team-based first-person shooter which has players capture objectives in the form of cashout machines that are scattered throughout the map.

The game’s main appeal stems from the fact that just about everything in the environment can be destroyed, which can result in some pretty interesting play depending on the player’s creativity.

The Finals is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
