Project Neural Cloud commences global pre-registrations

Project Neural Cloud has commenced global pre-registrations, shortly following the initial activity of its English Twitter account. Pre-registrations can be done via the Neural Cloud official global website, with the total number refreshing at 19:00 UTC-8 every day.
