Like any healthy relationship, this week the Brave Room decides to do a 6-month review of Genshin Impact. How has 6 months of the game shaped our opinions of it? Eh, don’t hold your breath.

As two people who produce a lot of content for the game, Wan and Kit have a lot of opinions on a game they’re not always in the mood to play. Kit reviews an old salt list she made back when the game first launched, and finds that a lot of of what’s wrong with the game back then is largely the same here in the future land.

Wan also talks about how he’s a terrible Genshin player, being hard carried by only the pursuit of more waifus, as well as how Warframe and Genshin are basically the same game but with various levels of waifu and gacha rolled into it. At this point the podcast diverts to a bizarre tangent about the dilapidated state of Wan’s Warframe Clan, who in any other story would have either been killed off by a rival clan or just died of neglect.
