So PUBG by Bluehole had collaborated with Tencent to bring PUBG Mobile for both Android and iOS. However as the capability of PC goes, there are emulators that can emulate mobile games and played on PC. This has been practiced by many mobile players because it’s just easier to play it on a PC.

With PUBG costing at RM 74.99 on Steam, it’s free for the mobile version of PUBG. Thus, there are players taking advantage of the emulators to play PUBG for free on their PC. Let’s be honest, playing FPS games on mobile is not easy as well as on a controller (I’ll never understand console FPS players). So it’s only natural for players to want to play it on a PC with a keyboard and mouse for better aiming.

Because of that, there has been complains of players using emulators outperforming those who are purely using mobile. With that, we believe Tencent has come up with a measure to prevent that from happening and to provide fair-play on PUBG Mobile with their official PUBG Mobile Emulator.

For those who are playing on your respective emulators, you might have gotten a message like the one above. So instead of banning players from using emulators to play PUBG Mobile, Tencent has launched their own PUBG Mobile Emulator which enables players to play for FREE! Players using the Emulator will be matched against other players who are also using the Emulator, so mobile players will be matched fairly against other mobile users.

Of course, using the Emulator will have some changes on keys which will take some time to get use to it unless you’re an avid FPS player. Picking up equipments now will give players a choice which can be selected with either the F,G,H keys and more as you scroll further. Players will need to press the C key to change seats while in a vehicle.
