On June 25, 2024, miHoYo has registered “Astaweave Haven” and “Hoshimi Haven” as their trademarks in Japan which was made public just today. It was mentioned before that there would be a new game that would be a trademark was registered under the company’s name.

“星布谷地’ (XinBuGuDi), which is “Star Cloth Valley” when translated directly, was the rumored trademark’s name when it was registered in February 2024. “Astaweave Haven” might be related to it as ‘Asta’ and “星” means star in Greek and Chinese respectively. The screenshot above was from a Reddit post, mentioning the information was found on the official Chinese trademark information website on February 2nd, 2024.

miHoYo, or better known as HoYoverse worldwide, has created many gacha titles such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd and many more with Genshin being the most popular globally and generating the most revenue.

It was speculated that “Astaweave Haven” might have been a simulation management game instead of gacha which has always been a trait that miHoYo is known for. It wouldn’t be surprising if the company has decided to branch out to other genres with the huge success of their current line of live service games.

Zenless Zone Zero, miHoYo’s latest title will be released tomorrow on July 4, 2024. Recently, HoYoverse is currently looking into expanding the company as they are hiring game concept artists in the Singaporean branch.
