Otome Yusha, a game by Level-5 has recently launched officially in stores! The game is available for both iOS and Android devices. However be warned that currently the game is released in Japan, thus the language will be in Japanese.

The game will have characters that are designed by Chinatsu Kurahana, the illustrator for Uta no Prince-sama. There will be animations in the game which are done by A-1 Pictures while Level-5 manages the story and production of the overall game.

Going through the story, players will be brought into a world where heroes used to exist. In a cliche hero story, a hero and his companions sealed demons to restore light to the world. Unfortunately, as 300 years pass, the demon king was revived and the world was put into darkness again.

With the revival of the demon king, the kingdoms of the mainland have come together to gather strong fighters to hold the Grand Slayer title and accompany the hero on a journey to defeat the demon king. Players will have to choose their companions and also interact with them to cultivate a relationship with them as they fight alongside.

Apparently, the game is also planned to have spin-off anime and books in the future. This would allow players to dwell in the lore outside of the game as well.
