The world of Lollipop Chainsaw is far from over. Following the success of the remastered Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, publisher Dragami Games has announced a new partnership with Taiwan-based Nada Holdings to develop multiple new projects tied to the beloved zombie hack-and-slash franchise.
New Projects in the Works for Lollipop Chainsaw

Revealed on July 17, Dragami Games confirmed it is working closely with Nada Holdings, a company with deep expertise in anime, manga, and game IP development. Known for their work on The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki – Northern War anime and for publishing the Traditional Chinese version of Final Fantasy XIV, Nada brings transmedia experience to the table.
Interestingly, the chairperson of Nada Holdings is reportedly a passionate fan of Lollipop Chainsaw, expressing a strong desire to preserve the original game’s signature style, humor, and identity as the IP evolves.
Over 1.5 Million Units Sold

Dragami Games revealed that the combined sales of the original Lollipop Chainsaw and its remaster, Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, have surpassed 1.5 million units worldwide. The remastered version far exceeded the company’s sales expectations, reinforcing the IP’s popularity and cult status.
With this momentum, Dragami plans to further expand the franchise, collaborating with Nada Holdings on cross-industry projects. While specific details have not yet been shared, both companies are now in the planning and team assembly phase, aiming to “create new value while upholding the spirit and appeal of the original.”
This 4K remaster preserves the over-the-top action of the original while enhancing visuals and performance for modern platforms.

With new projects on the horizon, fans can look forward to more undead-slaying action, creative storytelling, and possibly even new media formats. While Dragami and Nada have yet to announce the nature of these projects, whether they’re games, anime, or beyond, one thing’s for sure: Lollipop Chainsaw is back in full swing.
Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is available for PC (Steam), PS4/PS5, Xbox One/Xbox Series X❘S, and Nintendo Switch.
