During the RGG Summit Fall 2023 livestream, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio Executive Officer Masayoshi Yokoyama announced the release date for Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth.
The release date for the anticipated title is set to launch on 26th January 2024.
Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth was initially teased back in last year’s RGG Summit, with the official title announced during this year’s Xbox showcase that happened during June.
The game features dual protagonist – Ichiban Kasuga and Kazuma Kiryu, with Ichiban being the central figure.
Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth tells the story of Ichiban Kasuga taking on the journey of meeting his long lost mother who is said to be residing in Hawaii, the game’s setting.
Aside from the announcement of the release date, a new trailer of Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth was shown, and we got see some action packed and tense scenes as we know and love from the Like A Dragon series.
Whoever it’s been revealed that Kazuma Kiryu, now looking old and battered, is diagnosed with cancer, which would potentially spell the end of the journey of Kiryu in future titles.
