Kalpa of Universe open beta available in China

The open beta of Kalpa of Universe is now available in China, for iOS, Android as well as PC. Going by the official website – found here – there is cross-platform save support, which is pretty nice. The PC version will take up 4.6 GB with the recommended specs given as follows:

• OS: Windows 7 / 8 / 10 64-bit
• Memory: 4GB or above

It will not run on Windows XP, nor does it mention it will support OSes like Linux or Mac. To celebrate the 3 million pre-registration milestone, players will be able to get a whole bunch of rewards including currency and growth materials until 8 April, 04:59, which is presumably when either the Kalpa of Universe open beta ends, or the game officially launches. Your character will need to reach level 5 on your character and receive the goodies through the in-game missions.

Since the game is from ZLONGAME, it does have some odds of being available globally, but of course, that’s no guarantee. After all, English speaking readers will probably not recognize the 天地劫 series of games as its known, the first game of which came out back in 1993. The last game of the series was released in 2002 for PC, and has since laid dormant until this mobile title. The game is also currently only available in Simplified Chinese.
