In a recent community update, the development team behind inZOI has provided an in-depth breakdown of the game’s system requirements and optimal settings configurations for PC. The Unreal Engine 5-powered title, which focuses on high-quality graphics and realistic city-level simulations, demands robust hardware to deliver its intended experience.
The developers have categorized the system requirements into four tiers—Minimum, Medium, Recommended, and High—and have offered tailored preset options for each tier.

“Since inZOI was developed using Unreal Engine 5, adjusting the game’s settings can lead to significantly different experiences, even on systems with identical specifications,” the team explained.
A key factor affecting performance is screen resolution, with the developers noting that 4K resolution requires rendering four times the number of pixels as Full HD (1920×1080), significantly increasing GPU load and reducing frame rates. The team also highlighted the importance of using SSDs for faster data transfer, improved texture streaming, reduced texture pop-ins, and fewer frame drops.
For players less familiar with technical details, the developers have created eight different preset options across the four system tiers, with settings for Recommended and High tiers optimized specifically for 4K monitors. These presets toggle features like ray tracing and adjust NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution, AMD FSR 3, or XeSS settings to balance visual quality and performance.
Looking ahead, the inZOI team has committed to implementing an auto-adjustment feature that will automatically configure game settings for optimal performance. They also pledged to continue optimization efforts to improve performance and lower system requirements without compromising quality.
