Hololive Alternative PV 2 Was Made In Part By Malaysia Based OLM Asia

It looks like Malaysia based talent was involved in the production of the latest animated PV for Hololive Alternative, as OLM Asia was credited with the concept video.

According to the video, the Cyberjaya-based studio worked on both the coloring and in-betweens for the video, which features characters from Hololive’s English and Indonesian branches as well.

On Twitter, various members of the OLM Asia team have also taken to sharing the shots they worked on, bringing the PV to life.

“I did the in-between animation and paint job for the latest Hololive Alternative 2nd teaser under OLM Asia Studio. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be in this project!“, tweets animator Zubair, who worked on the shot of Oozora Subaru riding a giant duck.

Similarly, another Malaysia based artist under OLM Asia who goes by the name Shino Kitsune also tweeted their involvement with Hololive Alternative, coloring several shots in the trailer as well.

“Congratulation (sic) Hololive on 2nd trailer of HololiveALT. i really happy that i can join this work animated n painted ! ! ! OLM ASIA SAIKOU ! ! ! OTSUKARE ! ! !”, they write.

OLM Asia is an overseas offshoot of the Japanese OLM studio, who produced works such as the Pokemon anime as well as Komi Can’t Communicate.

Hololive Alternative is Cover Corporation’s extended universe brand for Hololive, featuring manga as well as the upcoming HoloEarth crafting survival game.
