Activision has confirmed that Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will be removed from all digital storefronts after May 19. In-game purchases have already been disabled, and while players can still use any remaining COD Points, real-money transactions are no longer available.
Alongside the removal of microtransactions and the app itself, Warzone Mobile will lose its social features and will no longer receive seasonal or gameplay updates. However, servers will stay online, allowing continued play for those who already have the game installed. There is currently no timeline for when servers will be shut down entirely.

The decision to end support stems from the game’s limited success on mobile platforms. In a statement shared on the games official X account, developers noted that while Call of Duty continues to thrive on PC and console, Warzone Mobile failed to meet expectations with mobile-first audiences.
The team expressed pride in bringing Warzone to mobile but decided to reduce the game’s features since it did not connect well with mobile players. They also acknowledged the disappointment the news may bring and expressed gratitude to the community for its support and feedback.

For now, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile remains playable, but only if it’s already installed before today on May 19. Players who delete the app after the deadline will no longer be able to redownload it.
Lastly, for those with unused COD Points, there will be no refunds. Players are encouraged to spend any remaining currency on what’s still available in the in-game store before options disappear.
