PlayPark, the online game publishing platform of Asphere Innovations Public Company Limited, today announced a publishing partnership with Manjuu Co., Ltd. to bring the anime fantasy world RPG Azur Promilia to players across Southeast Asia. Under the licensing agreement, PlayPark will publish the title across Southeast Asia (including Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and other markets), taking on regional localization, content ecosystem development, marketing, merchandise distribution, community management, local payment methods and player support. Manjuu retains full development and creative ownership of the title.
Step into Promilia and Become the Chosen “Starborn” of Destiny
Azur Promilia is Manjuu’s largest production to date: a multi-platform anime fantasy world RPG set in Promilia, a vast fantasy continent. This land is home to multiple civilisations, cultures and ecosystems, where intelligent races such as Furrian, Sapiens and High Elf have lived for generations. Yet beneath the seemingly tranquil starry skies, this world harbors secrets waiting to be uncovered—Vicious run rampant, gravity is gradually fading, and ancient legends are sealed beneath the stars.
Players take on the role of the “Starborn,” an outsider to this world who is entrusted with great expectations, and step into this turbulent yet beautiful fantasy continent. Accompanied by the elven maiden Symphoria, players will confront the continent’s crisis while unravelling the mystery of their own origins. As the game’s core emotion expresses:
“To pursue, to explore, until we return to the destination. To linger, to encounter, even if it shifts the course of shooting stars.”

Kibo: Companions of Promilia
Azur Promilia is positioned around “Kibo Companionship × Fantasy World.” Across the vast continent of Promilia lives a unique group of creatures—the “Kibo.”
More than 200 Kibo species have been implemented, found in every corner of Promilia. Players can capture Kibo of different rarities in battle using Stellar Cards and build bonds with them. Kibo are not only valuable combat partners but can also take part in mining, farming, smelting and other production activities, closely connected to players’ daily lives.
Each Kibo has its own habitat, behavioural patterns, abilities and temperament. They live in their own environments and breathe alongside the land. Named Kibo revealed to date include Staray, Downybrinny, Cabbird, Bluda and Vespervamp, among others (local-language names subject to final official announcement). In Manjuu’s vision, Kibo are partners with whom players share an interdependent journey in Promilia. They accompany players in exploring the world and take part in daily management and building, together forming a vivid and living part of this fantasy world.

Combat, Exploration and Homestead: A Fantasy World to Inhabit
In combat, players can control up to three characters simultaneously, pairing each with their partner Kibo to form a team, and engaging in strategic battles through elemental counters and combo skills. The game features 10 main and sub attributes, including Wind, Fire, Electric, Light and Dark, while character classes cover melee, ranged and support. The combat system combines fluid action with strategic depth.
Completely unlimited exploration is equally promising: a seamless map covers diverse environments such as the deep sea, sky and jungle; stamina-free running and flying allow for smooth, free exploration; and players can ride Kibo to travel freely. Around exploration and combat are homestead building and furnishing, planting and gathering, cooking, and the everyday rhythm of living alongside Kibo. Manjuu describes the intent as “a completely free world to inhabit rather than to clear.”
The Southeast Asian version of Azur Promilia is in development for PC, iOS and Android with shared cross-platform progression, allowing a single account to continue the journey across devices.

What PlayPark Is Putting into Southeast Asia: Commitments, Not Adjectives
For PlayPark, this partnership is a strategic move further into the premium anime and ACG category—among the fastest-growing segments in Southeast Asia—and adds a flagship title to more than two decades of online game operations. PlayPark has built dedicated regional infrastructure ahead of the title’s arrival:
- Local community teams: Dedicated community staff based in Southeast Asian markets, drawn from the local ACG scene rather than from generic social media management.
- Local payment methods: Azur Promilia will be integrated with PlayPark’s own account and payment systems, supporting payment behaviours familiar to Southeast Asian players rather than card-only checkout.
- Local language service: Supported by a multinational, multilingual publishing team.
Localisation language support (in-game language, community and customer support): Simplified Chinese, English, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian;
In-game voice-over support: Chinese, Japanese and English dubbing.
- Offline activities: PlayPark has long participated in regional conventions and community events, and will plan activities around the Southeast Asian rollout of Azur Promilia.
Quach Dong Quang, Chief Executive Officer, PlayPark, said:
“Southeast Asia has followed anime and ACG titles for years, and has too often been served as a secondary market receiving a global build with a local label attached. Azur Promilia deserves better than that, and so do the players here. PlayPark has spent more than two decades operating online games in this region, and we intend to bring all of it to this title—service in local languages, local payment methods, and community teams based in the markets they serve.”
From Manjuu
For Manjuu, this partnership secures an operator with regional infrastructure capable of supporting a live-service title across nine markets, multiple languages and currencies, and both mobile and PC ecosystems.
