Nvidia Launches 2023 ROAP iCafe Discovery Program To Elevate Cybercafes

Nvidia has initiated the 2023 Rest of Asia-Pacific (ROAP) iCafe Discovery Program to elevate the iCafe, aka cybercafe, industry. 

iCafes, short for internet cafes, are a staple of gaming culture across Asia, particularly in China.

These cafes provide access to high-end gaming PCs, and usually offering a wide array of games for players to enjoy. 

Nvidia has recognized the potential of cybercafes in the Asia-Pacific region, and has launched the 2023 ROAP iCafe Discovery Program to further empower cybercafes in countries like India, Vietnam, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Taiwan.

The program includes diversifying offerings to include not only PC gaming but also pool tables, cafes, gyms, and other entertainment options, making cybercafes a place where people can relax and unwind.

Furthermore, they also aim to update the catalogue of games with the newest titles that may not be readily available at home.

Cybercafes also need to deliver a superior gaming experience compared to gaming at home, so having high-end hardware, a comfortable environment, and top-notch service is required.

Lastly, they also plan on organizing social and eSports events at these cybercafes can help build a strong gaming community and attract more customers.

Nvidia had also previously held an iCafe Discovery Conference 2019 ROAP in China.
