[CES 2024] Acer Unveils New Predator Helios 18 With Up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Graphics Card

One of the announcements made during CES 2024 that Acer has revealed is a brand new Predator Helios 18 laptop model which can now withstand up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card.

With Intel releasing their new 14th Gen processors, this new Predator Helios 18 laptop also comes with a much needed upgrade, and is now able to support the 14th Gen Intel Core i9 processors.

Undoubtedly, graphics cards play a crucial role in delivering high-quality visuals and improving performance in graphics-intensive tasks, this new laptop model has extended its GPU ability to be able to withstand up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070.

The new Predator Helios 18 model features an 18-inch, 16:10 aspect ratio WQXGA Mini-LED display, with up to 250 Hz of refresh rate that allows users for a better viewing experience.

The new laptop model also has a new Magkey 3.0 Swappable WASD keycaps, where users can swap between two different designs such as the MagSpeed (Racing Themed) and the MagClick (Tactical Themed), which caters nicely to the gaming aesthetic.

As of time of writing, details regarding this new model’s price and availability has yet to be announced, so users who are interested might need to wait a bit longer for more information.
