Zenless Zone Zero Global Launch Content Highlights 

After a long wait, the next action gacha title by HoYoverse, Zenless Zone Zero, is finally inching closer and closer to its global launch on July 4th, 2024, at 10 a.m. (UTC+8).

As with any gacha title, HoYoverse aired a pre-release Special Program livestream earlier to showcase what can we expect in Zenless Zone Zero at launch. Without further ado, here are some highlights.

According to HoYoverse, Version 1.0, the launch version will feature brand-new plot content in New Eridu, the bustling commercial district of Lumina Square, and the crucial adventurers’ base Scott Outpost.

At launch, newly revealed characters Lucy and Piper from the Sons of Calydon will also become playable Agents for players to recruit.

Version 1.0 will feature Ellen Joe as the first limited character, available to pull at launch, while Zhu Yuan will join in as the second limited character on July 24, 2024.

Speaking of Zhu Yuan, players will be able to unlock Chapter 2-Interlude in the launch version which introduces Officer Zhu Yuan, while Chapter 3 of the main story is where the members of Victoria Housekeeping reveal their true colors.

At launch, more newly designed Bangboo will also be ready to accompany players into combat, and players can also set their preferred Bangboo for Signal Search in advance to guarantee they obtain their desired S-Rank Bangboo.

To celebrate the launch, players can expect rewards that include up to 1,600 Polychromes, 70 Master Tapes, 20 Encrypted Master Tapes, and 80 Boopons.

Last but not least, there is also a redemption code to claim more rewards, eligible from 4 July, at 10 a.m., to 11 July 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (UTC+8).
