Sonic Collaborates with McDonald’s Singapore, Featuring In-store Demos, Meet and Greet, and More 

SEGA has announced that Sonic the Hedgehog is having a special collaboration with McDonald’s Singapore for special Happy Meal Sets.

The collaboration between Sonic the Hedgehog and McDonald’s will be ongoing from 28 December 2023 and will last until 7 February 2024 nationwide in Singapore.

Singapore aside, the McDonald’s and Sonic the Hedgehog Happy Meal Sets will also be available in Malaysia from 29 February 2024 to 3 April 2024.

Aside from Happy Meal Sets, Sonic fans in Singapore can expect activities across selected stores in their country themed after the Blue Blur from 6 January 2024 until 21 January 2024.

The activities include in-store demo stands for the most recent Sonic Superstars, a meet and greet with Sonic the Hedgehog himself, and much more.

Meet & Greet 

Starting on 6 January 2024, fans can have a meet and greet session with Sonic the Hedgehog at selected McDonald’s stores for some photoshoots.

Each outlet will have two meet and greet sessions, one from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM and another from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM (SGT).

In-store Sonic Superstars Demo

Demo stands for Sonic Superstars will also be available at selected McDonald’s outlets and will be open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM during the three-week campaign period.

Gameplay demo aside, fans can also share a snapshot of themselves at participating stores to stand a chance to win a physical copy of Sonic Superstars for the Nintendo Switch and a complete set of McDonald’s Sonic the Hedgehog Happy Meal toy set, complete with a family meal.

As mentioned, McDonald’s Malaysia will also be having a collaboration with Sonic the Hedgehog but it will only have the Happy Meal Sets, scheduled to start from 29 February 2024 to 3 April 2024.
