Scarlet Nexus new “Story Demo” now available

Scarlet Nexus has received a new free “Story Demo”, in which people can try out the opening sections of the game’s story. Additionally, there is a special interview with the game’s scenario writer, Takumi Miyajima, alongside comments from Masakazu Yamashiro, designer of the Others. Outside of these updates, the game has also shipped and sold over 1 million copies, with over 2 million total players!

The Scarlet Nexus Story Demo will allow you to play both protagonists, Yuito Sumeragi and Kasane Randall. Get a taste of the action-packed gameplay, cutscenes, stories, bond-building and exploration, as well as utilizing the psionic abilities of your allies. As mentioned, this demo basically allows you to try out all the early game features. As you might expect, some of these may be restricted, but you can try up to the end of Phase 2 in the demo before you commit.

You’ll be able to carry over your save data to the main game as well as bonuses for the full game, including:

Attachment “Bunny Ear Mask (Head) [White]“
Attachment “OSF Standard Issue Pack [Black]“
Plug-in: “Forcefield: Mk II”
Plug-in: “Power Enhance: Mk II”

These bonuses are identical to the ones you get from the first demo, and you cannot redeem them again.
