Gaming fans in Singapore can now secure their Nintendo Switch 2 console ahead of its June 26, 2025 launch date. Maxsoft, the official distributor for Southeast Asia, has opened pre-orders with two pricing options available. The standalone Nintendo Switch 2 console is priced at S$719, while gamers looking for extra value can opt for the Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle at S$769 – just S$50 more than the base console.
The upgraded console features a larger 7.9-inch screen that displays games in sharp 1080p resolution. When connected to a TV through the updated dock, the system can output up to 4K resolution and supports frame rates up to 120 fps with compatible games and TVs.
The new Joy-Con 2 controllers represent a major design change from the original Switch. Instead of sliding into place, they now attach using magnetic connectors for a more secure connection. Additionally, Nintendo fans won’t have to wait until launch day to experience the new console. A special Nintendo Switch 2 Experience Event is coming to Jewel Changi Airport from June 20 to July 24, giving players an early chance to try the system and its new racing game.

Players who try Mario Kart World at the event can claim a free tote bag when they pre-order the console between June 20-25 or purchase it after the June 26 launch. While most global markets will receive the Nintendo Switch 2 on June 5, 2025, Singapore joins Thailand and the Philippines with a later release date of June 26, 2025. The three-week delay affects the Southeast Asian region specifically.
Pre-orders are now open through Maxsoft’s official channels for Singapore customers who want to guarantee their console on launch day.
