Dragon’s Dogma 2 Releases Character Creator and Storage Ahead of Launch

Capcom has announced Character Creator and Storage for their upcoming action role-playing game, Dragon’s Dogma 2.

In an official post on X/Twitter, Capcom is now welcoming fans of the game to create their own Arisen and main Pawn with the Character Creator and Storage feature.

Get ready for launch on March 22 by downloading Dragon’s Dogma 2 Character Creator ＆ Storage to create your Arisen and main Pawn.

According to the post, the data can be transferred to the main game when it is released. And given how your character’s stats can affect how you play the game, having early access to character creation is certainly a big help, as players would be able to go straight into the game on launch, instead of using several hours or rushing it just to play the game.

The Character Creator and Storage feature is revealed two weeks after a Steam backend change to Dragon’s Dogma 2 was found by players. At the time, many speculated that a demo for the game was coming, as Capcom usually releases demos for their larger titles such as their Resident Evil Series.

Even though it’s not a full-on demo, players can still have a lot of fun creating their characters in preparation for the game.

We got a chance to have a hands-on preview of Dragon’s Dogma 2 during our visit to Capcom Singapore’s Office, in which we described the game as “Into an Immersive World of Wonders and Pure Epicness”.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 is slated to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on March 22nd, 2024.
