Acer Swift 5 Unveiled: As Cool as Ice

The next generation of the highly popular, ultra-lightweight Acer Swift 5 has been unveiled by Acer Malaysia! They are now powered by the latest 10th Gen Intel Core processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce MX250.

The Acer Swift 5 is designed for performance on the go, an ultra-light (990g) 14″ laptop. The laptop’s chassis is made of magnesium alloy, powered by either Intel Iris Plus Graphics or NVIDIA GeForce MX250. Don’t compromise on either portability or performance.

Acer has been named a CES Innovation Award Honoree in their development of innovative new products for 3 Acer products. The new Acer Swift 5 is one of them, for outstanding design engineering. The award is based on scores in innovation, engineering qualities, aesthetics and design in the categories of computer hardware, components, peripherals and accessories.

This Full HD 14″ laptop has a wide viewing angle of up to 170 degrees on the three-sided, ultra-narrow 3.97mm bezel of the IPS (In-Plane Switching) touch screen, giving it a high screen body-to-ratio of 86.4%. It comes with the latest USB3.1 Type-C connector, that supports Thunderbolt too. Get up to 11 hours battery life when fully charged. Fast-charging capability means it can provide up to 4.5 hours of use on just 30 minutes of charge, to better support the demand of users on the go.
