Umamusume: Pretty Derby – Party Dash, Pre-order Available Now

Cygames has just announced that the digital version for Umamusume: Pretty Derby – Party Dash is available for pre-order now on PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop. It will be coming to the PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on August 30, 2024.

Umamusume: Pretty Derby is a part of Cygames’s Umamusume Project, a series of anime, manga, music, and games that tell stories of characters inspired by racehorses: Umamusume. Along with their classmates and trainers, the Umamusume work towards any racer’s dream—winning the Twinkle Series. Check out the trailer below to get a glimpse of the gameplay.

The Umamusume Spring Fan Fest is about to begin! Tracen Academy’s time-honored festival will play host to a very special event this time—the Slapdash Grand Prix. Pick a team from a pixelated roster of fan-favorite Umamusume and conquer all four events to take home the trophy!

Slapdash Grand Prix

The Slapdash Grand Prix is a special collection of four zany events hosted at Tracen Academy’s annual Spring Fan Fest. The Grand Prix consists of Hurtling Hurdles, Blazing Baskets, Dodgeball Demolition, and Gourmet Gauntlet. Players will select a pixelated Umamusume from their team for each event and aim for the gold!

Hurtling Hurdles

Be the first to race through the school and city! This obstacle course challenges players to take the lead by running not only around the academy grounds but also through school facilities, the local shopping district, and even private homes.

Blazing Baskets

In this chaotic 4-player basketball game, competitors vie for possession of the ball to score in a variety of shifting hoops, all while utilizing helpful items and avoiding stage hazards.

Dodgeball Demolition

In this dodgeball battle royale, players use special shots to outlast their opponents, with the last player standing claiming victory!

Gourmet Gauntlet

Players will team up with an eater Umamusume and serve them as much food as possible to attain gourmet glory! Special skills and dish combos will allow players to rack up the points they need to win.

As mentioned, Umamusume: Pretty Derby – Party Dash is available to pre-order now for the digital version on the PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop. For Steam users, you can add it to your wishlist to get notified once the game releases on August 30, 2024.

For PlayStation users, there is a pre-order bonus containing a set of avatars for your PSN account.

The special edition is also available for pre-order and it contains Vol. 1, Vol. 2, and Vol. 3 of the DLCs and a special title.
