Total War: WARHAMMER III Shadows of Change DLC Adds 3 New Legendary Lords and More

The upcoming DLC pack for Total War: WARHAMMER III titled Shadows of Change will add 3 new Legendary Lords to Total War: WARHAMMER III; The Changeling for Tzeentch, Yuan Bo for Grand Cathay, and Mother Ostankya for Kislev alongside other new content.

Introducing the first Legendary Lord, The Changeling, Tzeentch’s master infiltrator, employs cults to manipulate settlements, escalating schemes for Tzeentch’s victory, and bringing unique units like The Blue Scribes and Mutalith Vortex Beast.

Next is Yuan Bo, The Jade Dragon of Grand Cathay, excelling as spymaster, spellcaster, and warrior, he strengthens regions, uses state matters for strategic advantage, and commands unique units like Jade Lion, Jet Lion, Onyx Crowmen, and Celestial General.

Lastly, Mother Ostankya, Kislev’s Daughter of the Forest, wields arcane might, harnessing nature’s power and hexes, driven to collect forbidden Hexes, her units include Hag Witch, Elemental Incarnate of Beasts, The Things in the Woods, and Akshina Rangers.

In addition, Total War: WARHAMMER III players can also look forward to the inclusion of a free Legendary Lord, Aekold Helbrass, who emerges as a Champion of Tzeentch after surviving the chaos wastes, along with other enhancements in Patch 4.0 such as improved campaign AI, garrisons, new landmarks, and expanded difficulty settings.

Shadows of Change will be the second DLC pack for Total War: WARHAMMER III this year following Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs, which released last April.

Players can pre-order Shadows of Change on Steam before its release on August 31st, 2023 to receive 10% off.
