Sonic Rumble Announced To Host The SEGA Stars Crossover Event This May!

As of today, SEGA has announced that the new upcoming game Sonic Rumble will host the SEGA Stars crossover event as per the games pre-launch!

Players can unlock new skills ranging from SEGA classics such as Super Monkey Ball, Altered Beast and Fantasy Zone. The following three games will collide with the unique universe of Sonic Rumble, featuring an exciting assortment of engaging content until May 7.

This event is only a fraction of what else is to come with more SEGA characters planned for the future. The trailer below has shown hints as to some potential upcoming crossovers.

From the SEGA Stars Crossover Event Pass, players can unlock the Werewolf Skin based on the powered-up form of the protagonist in SEGA Genesis’ Altered Beast. In addition, players with the Premium Event Pass will then receive a Weredragon from Altered Beast and Opa-Opa from Fantasy Zone.

Not only that, there will also be an exciting variety of items that can be picked up via the Ring Shop such as Upa-Upa and Wearbear or the Red Star Ring Shop where players can purchase AiAi and MeeMee from the Super Monkey Ball franchise.

As a bonus, any or all acquired SEGA Stars crossover characters will be available for play and use even after the end of the event. With up to 31 additional players, step into the world of Sonic Rumble and battle with the best, fan-favorite skins the game has to offer.

Sonic Rumble will be available to play on mobile for iOS and Android as well as PC via Steam and Google Play Games.
