Pokémon TCG Pocket, Pre-Registration Available Now

The Pokémon Company has announced that Pokémon TCG Pocket is open for pre-registration now on Android and iOS. It is an upcoming free-to-play mobile app that allows players to collect, trade, and battle with virtual Pokémon cards.

The game features a streamlined version of the TCG, making it accessible to both new and experienced players. Pokémon TCG Pocket will be released on Android and iOS on October 30, 2024. Check out the trailer below.

In Pokémon TCG Pocket, players can open two free card packs daily, collect a variety of cards, and trade with friends. The game introduces a new type of card called “Immersive” cards, which have enhanced artwork designed to make the card feel more dynamic and interactive. While the game focuses on collecting and trading, it also features simplified gameplay for quick and casual matches.

The Pokémon Trading Card Game, inspired by the Pokémon video game universe, first launched in October 1996. Players can gather cards showcasing their favorite Pokémon, create strategic decks, and compete against others in tactical battles. This widely popular game has captivated fans in 89 countries or regions, offering an engaging way to immerse themselves in the Pokémon world, and it’s now available in 14 languages.
