Omegamon X Figure-rise Standard Amplified Model Kit Will Release Later This Week

Omegamon X or Omnimon X will be the next Digimon model kit in the Figure-rise Standard Amplified series and he’s arriving on the 27th of November 2021. The figure is currently live for pre-orders.

The Omegamon X Figure-rise Standard Amplified model kit is priced at 5,280 yen which is roughly $45 USD or 193 MYR. Here are some pictures:

The figure stands at 200mm tall. It will also feature holes for expansion as a plastic model. The figure is highly posable and the cape can be expanded by changing it at the base. The model kit will also include stickers.

Omegamon X is a variation of the original Omegamon. It is part of the X antibodies line of Digimon designs that came out in the mid-2000s are variations of original Digimon. A storyline about the X antibody Digimon was told in the CGI standalone movie Digimon X Evolution.

The X antibody Digimon when created when Yggdrasil/King Drasil, the Digital World’s host computer, decided to destroy the Digital World and create a new one. He did this with the ‘X virus’ to wideout old Digimon. However, certain Digimon in the old Digital World became immune to the virus which instead mutated them into X antibody Digimon.
