Singapore gamers can mark their calendars – pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 in Singapore will start from 9 June, with the console being available online and in-stores. Nintendo’s official distributor, Convergent System, will reveal Singapore pricing on the same day pre-orders open. This gives local fans their first official look at how much they’ll need to spend on Nintendo’s latest gaming system.
Two options will be available for pre-order: the standalone Nintendo Switch 2 console and a Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle. The bundle comes packed with extras including colored Joy-Con controllers (light blue and light red), the full Mario Kart World game as a download code, plus all the standard accessories like the dock, charging cable, and controller grips.

Singaporeans will have plenty of shopping options when pre-orders go live. Major electronics retailers like Best Denki, Challenger, Courts, Gain City, and Harvey Norman will offer both in-store and online ordering. Popular bookstore chain Popular and toy retailer Toys “R” Us will also stock the console both ways.
For those who prefer online shopping, the Nintendo Switch 2 will be available through Nintendo’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee, plus online-only retailers like iShopChangi, KrisShop, and Metapod. Shoppers at Takashimaya will need to visit the physical store, as they’re only offering in-store pre-orders.
The timing puts Singapore slightly behind the global launch. Nintendo fans can start saving up now, for the Nintendo Switch 2 will be launching on 5 June 2025 in the US, Europe, South Korea, Hong Kong and Japan, but Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines will have the Switch 2 hit local shelves on June 26.
