According to the official website, Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds is set to launch for global audiences “Early Summer”. You can peruse the site for brief information on the story, characters, familiars, locations and what the kingdoms have in store. As the story goes,

You are about to enter a brand new world in the virtual reality game, Soul Divers. But as you explore and become stronger, you’ll realize this world is not a virtual one. A mysterious girl named Rania entrusts you with a mission: Rebuild your kingdom ransacked by powerful foes… and save the two connected worlds from certain destruction!

The characters, namely, the playable classes in this mobile MMORPG, are officially called the Engineer, Destroyer, Swordsman, Witch and Rogue. You can also preview the various familiars who may accompany you on your journey, or have them go on their own adventures to get rewards.

Japan, South Korea and Taiwan have been playing the game for almost a year now, and looks like it’s finally ready to open its doors to the rest of the world.
