MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED Pre-Order Goes Live for PS4 and PS5

Level-5 Inc. has announced the opening of MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED pre-order sales worldwide from 28 March to 24 April 2024 on PlayStation 4 and 5.

Pre-orders for Nintendo Switch will be open from 11 April to 25 April 2024.

Based on the Megaton Musashi franchise, MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED is a robot action RPG that takes place on an Earth invaded by aliens. The story will focus on an ensemble of 16 pilots as they team up to reclaim the planet with their “Rogue” mecha units.

With the addition of the Steam version, worldwide cross-play and cross-saving between all supported platforms will be enabled. This will allow up to three players to play together in both cooperative and three-on-three battle modes with people from all over the world.

Players who pre-order the game will receive a bonus limited-edition Rogue, Yatabushi, which is based on traditional samurai armor and can empower its equipped Special Moves.

Steam players will not be able to pre-order MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED, but can still purchase Yatabushi from 25 April to 31 May as an Early Adopter Bonus.

Additionally, the Megaton Musashi anime co-produced by TOKYO MX, LEVEL5 and OLM will become available outside of Japan on Crunchyroll soon.
