Playstation is hosting a Playstation Player Celebration! They’re inviting all players within the Playstation community to join in and win exclusive prizes, from themes, avatars to a real-life Platinum Trophy engraved with their PSN ID.
Players just need to follow the following steps to take part:
- Sign up with your PSN ID from 19 February, and you’ll begin contributing to any upcoming goals as soon as the goal period starts.
- Play your PS4 games! Every game played and trophy earned contributes towards the community goal. When the target is hit, everyone who signed up before the goal started wins.
- Play a game for at least an hour across as many sessions as you want count.
- Every Trophy in any game is counted, with multiplayer Trophies counted as double. Limited to six trophies a day
- Win exclusive rewards!
- Exclusive themes and avatars are up for grabs with each community goal. There’s also the chance to win an exclusive Playstation kit – which includes the mentioned engraved Platinum Trophy – just for signing up.
Goal 1 will begin 24 February, with a 125,000 games played and 500,000 trophies earned goal. The following goals will unlock as the previous one completes. The Playstation kit will require one more step: answering a skill-based question that will open 17 March, 11:00 AM JST.
