Join in the Playstation Player Celebration for prizes and a platinum trophy?!

Playstation is hosting a Playstation Player Celebration! They’re inviting all players within the Playstation community to join in and win exclusive prizes, from themes, avatars to a real-life Platinum Trophy engraved with their PSN ID.

Players just need to follow the following steps to take part:

1. Sign up with your PSN ID from 19 February, and you’ll begin contributing to any upcoming goals as soon as the goal period starts.
2. Play your PS4 games! Every game played and trophy earned contributes towards the community goal. When the target is hit, everyone who signed up before the goal started wins.
   • Play a game for at least an hour across as many sessions as you want count.
   • Every Trophy in any game is counted, with multiplayer Trophies counted as double. Limited to six trophies a day
3. Win exclusive rewards!
   • Exclusive themes and avatars are up for grabs with each community goal. There’s also the chance to win an exclusive Playstation kit – which includes the mentioned engraved Platinum Trophy – just for signing up.

Goal 1 will begin 24 February, with a 125,000 games played and 500,000 trophies earned goal. The following goals will unlock as the previous one completes. The Playstation kit will require one more step: answering a skill-based question that will open 17 March, 11:00 AM JST.
