The mobile RPG Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Familia Myth Battle Chronicle will close its doors on September 29, developer Aiming announced today. The shutdown news affects all versions of the game. While Aiming had earlier said only the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 versions would end service on September 29, the company has now decided to shut down the PC, iOS, and Android versions as well.

“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our players for your continued support,” the developer stated in their announcement. “We deeply apologize for this announcement and any inconvenience it may cause. We are truly thankful for the support we have received throughout the game’s service. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this decision to bring the service to a close.”
Players still have time to enjoy the game before it goes offline. Here’s what to expect in the coming months:
The end-of-service announcement went live on June 25, 2025. On July 30, 2025, after scheduled maintenance, players will no longer be able to buy paid Selas (the game’s premium currency). The game will be unavailable during this maintenance period, so players wanting to make purchases should do so before maintenance begins.
[Important] Upcoming Schedule
We have released the event schedule leading up to the end of service.
Starting Wednesday, July 30th (UTC +9), we will be presenting the 2nd Anniversary event, based on an original concept and fully supervised by Fujino Omori.
