Falcom has confirmed that Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter will launch worldwide on September 19 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, according to the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu. The game will maintain its previously announced global simultaneous release schedule. Japanese pricing has been revealed, with the standard edition costing 8,800 yen and a premium “Bracer Box” edition available for 15,400 yen.
Weekly Famitsu also revealed additional voice cast members for the Japanese version:
- Cassius Bright (voiced by Kenji Hamada)
- Professor Alba (voiced by Nobuo Tobita)
- Aina Holden (voiced by Sayumi Suzushiro)
- Josette Capua (voiced by Anna Nagase)
- Nial Burns (voiced by Satoshi Tsuruoka)
- Dorothy Hyatt (voiced by Hikaru Tono)
These newly announced voice actors join the previously revealed cast featuring Tomoyo Takayanagi as protagonist Estelle Bright and Natsumi Fujiwara as Joshua Bright. The English version will star Stephanie Sheh and Johnny Yong Bosch in these respective roles.
Other notable cast members include Chika Anzai (Michelle Ruff in English) as Scherazard Harvey, Takehito Koyasu (Matthew Mercer) as Olivier Lenheim, Taku Yashiro (Ben Pronsky) as Agate Crosner, Hina Youmiya (Cristina Vee) as Kloe Rinz, Hikaru Iida (Brianna Knickerbocker) as Tita Russell, and Tetsu Inada (Vic Chao) as Zin Vathek.

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter introduces players to the Kingdom of Liberl through the journey of Estelle Bright, a 16-year-old Bracer trainee, and her adopted brother Joshua as they embark on adventures alongside a diverse cast of allies. The game marks the beginning of Falcom’s long-running and highly regarded Trails series.
