Chainsaw Man reveals new trailer along with the release date for the premiere

The highly anticipated Chainsaw Man had just revealed a new trailer for the anime adaptation by MAPPA Studios as well as revealing the cast of Voice Actors/Actresses for Denji, Makima, Power and Aki, along with a teaser of  the release date for the anime.

During the live stream event that happened on the 5th August 2022 on the official MAPPA Studio’s Youtube channel, they had announced the release date for the anime adaptation for Chainsaw Man which will be premiering on October 2022.

Although, there is still no exact date to which the anime will premiere, but given the nature of how the seasonal anime format works, it’s safe to assume that Chainsaw Man will premiere alongside with the other titles in that season.

Along with the reveal of the new trailer, the cast for the main characters in the Chainsaw Man anime were also announced during the live stream event:

Denji (CV: Kikunosuke Toya)

Makima (CV: Tomori Kusunoki)

Aki Hayakawa (CV: Shogo Sakata)

Power (CV: Fairouz Ai)

The MAPPA Studio staff who will be working on the anime are Ryu Nakayama as the director. Kazutaka Sugiyama with character designs, Kiyotaka Oshiyama with creature designs and Kensuke Ushio is composing the music.
