Kenny Omega Teams Up with Final Fantasy Composers for Stunning Entrance Theme

Kenny Omega made his highly anticipated return to the ring at Wrestle Dynasty, held at Japan’s Tokyo Dome, where he defeated Gabe Kidd in a hard-fought match. This marked Omega’s first appearance in over a year after battling diverticulitis. Along with his return, Omega unveiled a brand-new look and entrance, complete with a unique theme inspired by Final Fantasy.

Before the match, Omega revealed on social media that his new entrance song was composed by Final Fantasy veterans Masayoshi Soken and Nobuo Uematsu, with vocals by Jason Miller, known for his work on Final Fantasy XIV. Omega excitedly shared, “Before my return tomorrow, I want to announce that I’m debuting a new entrance at the Tokyo Dome. A new song created by the amazing Final Fantasy 14 [and] 16 composer Masayoshi Soken, with vocals by Jason Miller and a special voice by the legendary Nobuo Uematsu.”
