[CES 2024] MSI Reveals the Claw, A Gaming Handheld Powered by Intel Core Ultra Processor

As part of CES 2024, MSI has announced their brand new gaming handheld called the Claw A1M, which is powered by the Intel Core Ultra Processor.

The Claw comes equipped with the Intel Core Ultra processors and Intel XeSS technology, along with incorporating the MSI Cooler Boost Hyperflow technology that features dual fans, heat pipes, and an intraflow thermal design.

MSI’s Claw features a 53Whr battery that can offer 2-hour battery life under full workload.

The gaming handheld also features the MSI Center M UI which provides easy access to key features and setting such as a quick game launcher and instant platform access, along with support of MSI APP player, expanding gaming options to include both Windows and Android mobile games.

The Claw comes designed with a 7-inch Full HD touchscreen display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, and comes packaged in an ergonomic design which can fit comfortably in various hand sizes.

The Intel Core Ultra processors features a new silicon architecture, AI capabilities, ARCTM integrated graphics, as well as boasting up to 8 Xe cores.

Enhanced by XeSS super-sampling technology, the ARCTM offers users smooth gameplay experience at 1080p resolution and medium settings.

Its SOC tile includes a media engine supporting advanced video codecs like AV1, H.265, and VP9, all of which to ensure high-quality streaming with reduced performance demands.
