This is attributed to the launch of a highly anticipated character in the form of Hydro Archon Furina, netting in $40,344,544 USD for HoYoverse on the week of release.
Meanwhile, the global version of Arknights also sees a significant rise, rocketing up by 143 ranks to take the 14th spot on the top-grossing list.
Similar to Genshin Impact, Yostar had released a few highly anticipated characters that week alongside the 4th-anniversary event, Lone Trail, generating $9,067,470 USD.
The other 2 notable entries on the list are Lingxi Games’ Three Kingdoms as well as Puzzle and Dragons, as despite their region exclusivity had managed to generate significant revenue that saw their rise on the chart, ranking in the 11th and 15th ranks respectively.
