We all know and love the Final Fantasy series by Square Enix and we are absolutely in love with their latest installment, Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia! The game was released not too long ago on 30th January for the English version for mobile and it has reaped in tons of fans around the world (including myself)! It brings back the old classic 3-man-party and turn-based-strategy RPG of the Final Fantasy series with a whole new story and uniting all heroes from every FF series known!

Onmyoji: Battle! Heian-Kyo is a mobile MOBA game by NetEase. The game was released on January 12th for both iOS and Android! Onmyoji offers players a pool of heroes that are based off the NetEase’s game Onmyoji for mobile, where we get to use characters like Ubume and Tengu! Players will get to control their favourite characters and use their skills like any MOBA game and dominate their enemies and ultimately destroy the enemies’ base.

The Soul of Hunter is another game by NetEase. It was launched on the 19th of January and it looks amazing. If you love to slay giant monsters and challenge yourself in a game of hunt, then this is the game for you! The game is just like Monster Hunter by Capcom but with a slight twist. The game plays like an MMORPG with quests and some mining to do for your gear enhancements. But of course mostly, you will require to hunt those materials by slaying giant monsters of doom. Free stuff never come easy…

War Song is another mobile MOBA which was published by SixJoy on the 22nd of January. The game offers crisp graphics and it looks really good for a mobile MOBA game. The game offers over 20 heroes which covers roles like Tank, Marksman and Support, which are voiced by Japanese voice actors. Just like any MOBA game, you either carry your team or you play as a rare support or tank. With their latest collaboration with KoF, you could get Iori Yagami for free!

Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation

Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation is based off the popular Shin Megami Tensei series which was released on the 22nd of January in Japan. In this title, players will play as one of the characters who is part of the Liberation, a secret organization. As the Liberator, you’ll be fighting monsters to protect the world. An interesting ability players will have is to summon demons from your smartphone via the ‘Demon Downloader‘ (Dx) app. Like its predecessor Shin Megami Tensei games, the mobile version also uses a turn-based battle system.
