A beloved old tactical RPG is making a comeback, Front Mission 3: Remake will arrive on Nintendo Switch on June 26, with Forever Entertainment and MegaPixel Studio handling the updated version. The game will cost $34.99 in the US and €34.99 in Europe.
Front Mission 3: Remake brings back the third game in the popular mech series that fans have loved for years. Players take control of characters Kazuki and Ryogo as they get caught up in dangerous military conflicts. The game centers around giant robots called Wanzers, which players command in strategic turn-based battles.

The story takes place in a future where countries and big companies fight for control using these powerful mechs. Players follow Kazuki Takemura, who gets pulled into a major conflict after what starts as a simple delivery job to a military base. The game offers two different story paths depending on choices players make early on. Both storylines deal with themes like loyalty, family bonds, and questions about how technology should be used. Players must uncover a global conspiracy involving secret weapons, greedy corporations, and political schemes while trying to prevent disaster.

The remake includes several improvements over the original game. The graphics and animations have been updated to look better on modern systems. The music has been reorchestrated to give the classic soundtrack a fresh sound. Players can now customize their Wanzers with different camouflage patterns to make them look unique on the battlefield.
For players who want faster action, the remake adds a new Quick Combat Mode that speeds up battles. The game still keeps the strategic, turn-based combat that made the original popular, but now offers options for different play styles.
