Genshin Impact confirms 19 March for Closed Beta Test

miHoYo has announced the next closed beta for Genshin Impact has been confirmed for 19 March! The highly anticipated title will see players set off on an intriguing journey from Mondstadt to Liyue Harbor. How will your quest unfold as you complete challenges and unveil the mystery of this vast fantasy realm of Teyvat?

The closed beta for Genshin Impact will see you explore the open world of the massive fantasy land of Teyvat. This action RPG title has an in-depth elemental skill and talent system built in to a lively, freely-explorable world with many characters and an engaging story.

Take on the role of a mysterious figure simply referred to as “The Traveler”, and complete quests along the way to find your long lost sibling, as well as piecing together your own mystery as you stumble across many of Teyvat’s plots and secrets.

The latest gameplay trailer features Amber, on an adventure from Mondstadt, the city of wind (Anemo), to Liyue Harbor, the city of rock (Geo), described as a new, eastern, fantasy locale. The journey will see players take on quests to slay increasingly more challenging and merciless monsters with a team of up to 4 characters. Each of them will use their own different elemental play styles to unleash their own brand of justice and peace to this land.

Discover bountiful landscapes and natural vistas, from lush bamboo forests to misty waterfalls, so slow down and enjoy the scenery! Liyue Harbor will be waiting for you, with kiosks of some faraway time tempting you to stop as you make your way through the bustling harbor.
